1. General
Preview Tours are operated by Live Channel USA LLC d/b/a Funshine Waves (“the Company”). By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Preview Tours are non-refundable once booked.

• If we are able to resell your seat, a refund may be provided, less a $25 administration fee.

• If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person at no extra charge (please notify us in advance).

• If the Company cancels a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available tour.

4. Minimum Numbers

• Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate.

• If this number is not reached, we may cancel the tour and issue a full refund or offer transfer to another date.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary (including routes, timings, and venues) due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

6. Force Majeure

• The Company will not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of our control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance, including medical coverage.

• Participation is at your own risk.

8. Accessibility & Requirements

• Our tours are open to all ages.

• Passengers must be able to board the coach independently or with assistance from a companion.

• Special dietary requirements must be notified at least 7 days in advance (if meals are included).

9. Conduct

• Passengers must behave responsibly and follow instructions from tour staff.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove passengers who are disruptive, with no refund.

10. Marketing & Photography

• Photos or video may be taken during tours for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please notify staff before boarding.

11. Seller of Travel Registration
      This business is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel.
